Security Tips for Members
While we provide robust security systems, your account security also depends on good usage practices. Here are some important tips to keep your account safe at all times:
Create a Strong Password
A strong password is your first line of defense against unauthorized access. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable personal information such as your date of birth or family member names. Your password should be different from those you use on other platforms.
Never Share Your Login Details
Never share your username or password with anyone, including friends or family. The mbi8my support team will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If anyone requests your login details, report it immediately to our security team.
Log Out After Each Session
Always log out of your account when you finish playing, especially if you're using a computer or device shared with others. Don't leave your account logged in on public devices or devices accessible to others.
Security Warning: mbi8my will never send emails or SMS asking you to disclose your password, card numbers, or sensitive personal information. Be cautious of suspicious messages claiming to be from us.
Use a Secure Network
Avoid logging in to your mbi8my account over unsecured public Wi-Fi. If you need to access your account on the go, use your own mobile data connection or a trusted network. This helps prevent potential data theft over unsecured networks.
mbi8my's security system is regularly updated to meet the latest industry standards. You can play with peace of mind knowing your data and funds are always protected.
How to Reset Your Password
Forgetting your password is common and we understand it can disrupt your gaming experience. The password reset process at mbi8my is simple and secure. Follow these steps:
- Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page
- Enter your registered email address or phone number
- You will receive a verification link or code via email or SMS

Note: The password reset link is only valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat.
